Job summary

Qualifications

• Three to five years supervisory experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Must have excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
• Must be well-organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of production lines.
• Manage personnel for safety, efficiency and productivity.
• Review production schedules and assign workload.
• Ensure equipment and materials are aligned with schedules.
• Investigate accidents and implement preventive actions.
• Enforce safety rules and maintain clean, safe work environment.
