Job summary

TruTeam is seeking a Production Manager to oversee all aspects of the location’s production department, visit work sites, direct and coordinate production schedules, and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will lead a team of installers, handle HR processes from hiring to development, and pursue new business while maintaining current accounts. This safety‑sensitive role requires local travel and a flexible schedule to meet job demands.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver’s license is required.
• 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience; prefer construction/installation/trades.
• Bi‑lingual English/Spanish (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support the Branch Manager and improve performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through effective methods and strategies.
• Manage a team and monitor processes for job activities performed by installers.
• Handle human resources tasks including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, performance management and development.
• Solicit new business at required margins while maintaining existing business.
• Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
