Job summary

TruTeam is seeking a Production Manager responsible for all aspects of the location’s production department, including site visits, scheduling, customer satisfaction, and business development. You will lead a team of installers, coordinate schedules, and collaborate with the Branch Manager to boost performance and profitability.

Responsibilities include HR duties, hiring, onboarding, performance management, and development, with travel to local sites and a flexible schedule to meet demand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver’s license is required.
• 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience; prefer construction/installation/trades.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Visit and coordinate production schedules at sites; ensure customer satisfaction and solicit new business.
• Support the Branch Manager to improve performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through effective methods.
• Lead and manage a team; supervise installers and processes.
• Handle HR duties: interviewing, hiring, onboarding, performance management and development.
• Solicit new business at required margins while maintaining existing business.
• Other duties as assigned.
