Job summary

TruTeam in Kansas City, KS, is hiring a Production Manager to lead the location’s production department, visit job sites, and coordinate schedules. The role includes customer satisfaction, business development, and workforce management to boost performance and profitability.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will oversee installers, HR activities, and strategic initiatives while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience; prefer construction/installation/trades.

Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for all aspects of the location’s production department.
• Visit work sites; direct and coordinate production schedules; ensure customer satisfaction; solicit new business.
• Support the Branch Manager and drive performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through effective methods and strategies.
• Manage a team; monitor processes and procedures for installers’ job activities.
• Oversee human resources: interviewing, hiring, onboarding, performance management and development.
• Solicit new business at required margins while maintaining existing business.
• Any other duties as assigned.
