Job summary

TruTeam is seeking a Production Manager to lead the location's production department, visiting sites, coordinating schedules, and driving efficiency and profitability. You will support the Branch Manager, lead a team, and handle HR duties from hiring to development while pursuing new business opportunities and maintaining margins.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and customer satisfaction, with local travel and potential evening/weekend hours as demanded by job needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience, preferably in construction/installation/trades.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of the location's production department.
• Direct and coordinate production schedules and site visits.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and solicit new business.
• Support the Branch Manager and drive performance, productivity, and profitability.
• Manage a team and oversee HR activities including hiring, onboarding, performance management and development.
• Solicit new business at required margins while maintaining existing accounts.
