Job summary

TruTeam, part of TopBuild Corp., seeks a Production Manager to oversee the location's production department, coordinate schedules, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive efficiency.

You will lead installers, collaborate with the Branch Manager, recruit and develop staff, and pursue new business while maintaining current accounts. A safety-conscious leader with 4+ years in construction/installation is preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
• 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience; prefer construction/installation/trades.
• Minimum age 18 years.

Responsibilities

• Support the Branch Manager to improve performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability.
• Manage a team and monitor installer processes and procedures.
• Handle HR tasks: interviewing, hiring, onboarding, performance management and development.
• Solicit new business at required margins while maintaining existing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
