Job summary

TruTeam in Columbus, GA seeks a Production Manager to oversee all aspects of the location's production department and coordinate production schedules while ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will lead a team of installers, manage HR activities, and pursue new business opportunities at target margins. Local travel may be required and a flexible schedule may include evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.
• 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience; prefer construction/installation/trades.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support the Branch Manager and drive performance improvements across productivity and profitability.
• Lead and supervise installers, ensuring efficient production processes.
• Handle human resources duties including interviewing, onboarding, performance management and development.
• Solicit new business at required margins while maintaining existing accounts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
