Job summary

TruTeam in Minnesota is seeking a Production Manager to lead the location’s production department and drive efficiency, schedule coordination, and customer satisfaction. You will visit work sites, manage installers, and help grow the business while partnering with the Branch Manager.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of managerial experience, prefer construction/installation backgrounds, and may be bilingual in English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver’s license is required.
• 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience; prefer construction/installation/trades.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the location’s production department.
• Visit work sites, direct and coordinate production schedules.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and solicit new business.
• Support the Branch Manager and drive performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
