Job summary

TruTeam in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Production Manager to oversee all aspects of the location's production department. You will direct production schedules, visit work sites, ensure customer satisfaction and pursue new business opportunities.

The role requires leading a team, handling HR tasks and working locally with travel. Experience in construction/installation trades and bilingual English/Spanish are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.
• 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support the Branch Manager and improve performance, productivity and profitability.
• Manage a team and monitor processes for installer activities.
• Oversee HR tasks including interviews, hiring, onboarding and development.
• Solicit new business at required margins while maintaining existing business.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
