Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and/or related operations experience.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in an operations supervisory or management role in manufacturing.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to interact with managers, employees, vendors and customers.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and maintain a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production schedule execution to satisfy customer service requirements, time, cost, and quality.
• Direct supervision of Production department personnel and HR-related issues (hiring, reviews, recognition, disciplinary actions).
• Coordinate with Maintenance on preventative maintenance for equipment.
• Ensure safety, health, quality GMP adherence and SOPs; train production staff.
• Travel up to 25% may be required.
