Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the administration and management of the plant's quality program across quality, production, and logistics teams. You will interpret customer requirements and define inspection points, and you will drive corrective actions to improve quality performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with quality experience; manufacturing background preferred.
• Minimum five years in a quality supervisory or management role in manufacturing.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage the plant quality program across quality, production, and logistics personnel.
• Interpret customer requirements, define inspection points and methodologies, and track corrective actions.
• Monitor supplier, customer, and regulatory compliance and drive quality performance improvements.
• Lead the plant quality staff, train personnel, and coordinate with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Service.
• Ensure procedures and controls for GMPs, certifications, sanitation, and audits; travel up to 25% as needed.
