Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and/or related maintenance experience or equivalent.
• 5+ years in a maintenance supervisory/management role in manufacturing with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant maintenance and coordinate with other departments.
• Enforce safety, health, quality, GMP policies and company practices.
• Lead staff meetings and department training based on needs.
• Participate in operational planning and drive efficiency improvements.
• Develop procedures to optimize manufacturing and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with Engineering on equipment improvements and reliability.
• Investigate breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
