TruTeam in Dallas is seeking a Production Manager to lead the location's production department, oversee schedules, site visits, and ensure customer satisfaction while driving profitability. The role includes supervising installers, hiring and developing staff, and collaborating with the Branch Manager on safety, quality, and efficiency goals.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of managerial experience in construction/trades, are bilingual in English/Spanish, and hold a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience in construction/installation/trades.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate production schedules at the Dallas location.
• Visit work sites and ensure customer satisfaction and delivery of services.
• Support Branch Manager and drive productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and develop team members; manage performance.
• Solicit new business while maintaining margins; handle safety-sensitive duties.
