Job summary

BIC World in Milford, Connecticut is seeking a Production Manager to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations on-site. You will drive output, quality, and on-time shipping while advancing safety and efficiency.

You will plan resources, manage budgets, mentor a manufacturing team, and partner with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives.

Travel domestically or internationally may be required as part of this role.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a manufacturing manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry standards.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Understanding of quality standards and systems.
• Experience with budget and business plan development.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Experience managing in a union environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and run day-to-day operations to meet customers' expectations.
