Job summary

Pall Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a safe, engaged, high-performing team on-site in Putnam, CT. You will drive daily manufacturing operations, coach frontline leaders, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and cost objectives.

You will apply DBS, Kaizen, and lean tools to improve processes, manage staffing and scheduling, and partner with HR on employee development. This role reports to the Production Manager and emphasizes continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or an equivalent combination of education and manufacturing leadership experience.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold employees accountable while fostering a positive and engaged work environment.
• Experience with performance metrics and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, DBS, Kaizen, 5S, or structured problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity, and Cost objectives.
• Develop, coach, and hold accountable production associates and front-line leaders while fostering engagement and teamwork.
• Drive Daily Management processes including tier meetings, visual management, standard work, and performance tracking.
• Monitor metrics, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions through structured problem solving.
• Partner with HR on attendance, performance, talent development, and succession planning.
