This hands-on leadership role oversees production, materials management, quality, and continuous improvement while ensuring customer satisfaction and strong operational performance.

The ideal candidate has a background in manufacturing operations, continuous improvement, and team development, with travel as needed and a focus on safety

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years in manufacturing leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with production planning, inventory, and quality systems.
• Ability to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and profitability goals are achieved.
• Provide leadership to production, planning, materials, engineering support, quality, warranty, and technical teams.
• Develop and execute continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and quality.
• Monitor operational and financial metrics to drive informed decisions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and satisfaction.
• Identify growth opportunities through new products, services, and markets.
