Job summary

TruTeam in Dallas, TX seeks a Production Manager to oversee all aspects of the location's production department. Responsibilities include coordinating production schedules, visiting work sites, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the Branch Manager to improve performance, productivity, and profitability.

You will lead staff, supervise installation processes, and manage human resources tasks such as interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and development.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience (preferably in construction, installation, or trades).
• Bi‑lingual English/Spanish preferred.

Job Description

Travel Requirements

Local travel; less than 50% of the time. Flexible schedule may include evening and weekend hours as required by job demand.

Physical Requirements

Prolonged standing, repetitive motions, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling and good hand‑eye coordination and hand dexterity. Lifting up to 50 pounds depending on job duties.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $50,000.00 – $100,000.00.
