TruTeam in Dallas, TX is seeking a Production Manager (Firestopping) to lead the local production department, visit job sites, direct and coordinate production schedules, and ensure customer satisfaction while pursuing new business opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of increasing managerial responsibility in construction or installation trades, are at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver's license, and are bilingual English/Spanish (preferred).

Qualifications

• 4+ years of increasing managerial responsibility in construction/installation trades.
• Minimum age 18; valid driver's license for company travel.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the location's production department and site visits.
• Direct and coordinate production schedules to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and pursue new business opportunities.
• Support the Branch Manager; drive performance, productivity and profitability.
• Hire, onboard, manage and develop field staff and installers.
• Solicit new business at margin targets; manage safety and compliance.
