Position Overview

The primary duty of the Production Manager is to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and packaged. The Production Manager maintains a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment. Responsibilities include working on their feet, evaluating tasks, delegating to line crew, and achieving daily goals.

Position Responsibilities

• Proficiency in department duties
• Consistent dough management
• Ensuring food quality and GMP adherence
• Controlling labor costs through proper planning
• Managing food safety protocols

• Leading professionally and adhering to company policies
• Maintaining order accuracy and workflow
• Managing line schedules and performance
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the warehouse and line
• Monitoring and repairing equipment as needed
• Ensuring safety guidelines are met to prevent injuries
• Delegating tasks based on priorities
• Utilizing daily production sheets and conducting new hire training
• Meeting weekly with the Director to set objectives

Work Schedule and Compensation

This is a full-time position requiring 50 hours per week, with potential for more during peak seasons.
