Job Description

The Production Manager is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by leading workflow and ensuring quality and timely delivery of vehicle repairs, aligned with all KPIs.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Ensure execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
• Plan daily production schedules to optimize efficiency
• Lead production meetings to communicate priorities
• Conduct quality control checks and address issues promptly
• Perform final quality inspections before vehicle delivery
• Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in collision repair or similar roles
• Minimum 3 years of experience

Skills and Abilities

• Self-motivated with decision-making skills
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills
• Knowledge of vehicle repair practices
• Customer service oriented

Other Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to lift over 50lbs and handle tools
• I-Car Registered (working towards Gold Class)

Compensation
