As a Production Foreman/Manager, your responsibilities include ensuring repairs are performed correctly and efficiently by qualified technicians, maintaining high customer satisfaction, training employees, monitoring work activity, performing quality control inspections, managing supplies, fixing equipment, and enforcing safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license
  • 3-5 years automotive repair experience
  • Estimator's license (REQUIRED)
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations, including hazardous waste disposal and OSHA standards
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to understand manufacturer specifications
