Job summary

6AM City, LLC in Minnesota is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead residential and commercial builds from kickoff to closeout. You will read blueprints, coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, and monitor safety, quality, and budget throughout the project lifecycle.

You will use AccuLynx to track progress, communicate with owners and internal teams, and resolve site issues while maintaining workflow and timely delivery across multiple projects in a small-company

Qualifications

• Previous construction project manager experience or similar role.
• Experience using AccuLynx.
• Strong ability to read and understand construction plans.
• Proven ability to schedule subcontractors and manage project timelines.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s license.
