   • Monitor and control project expenditures to ensure adherence to budget constraints.
3. Team Management:
   • Supervise and manage construction teams, including subcontractors, laborers, and tradespeople.
   • Provide clear direction and support to ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
   • Conduct regular site meetings and inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues.
4. Client Communication:
