The ideal candidate is an expert in building methods with a proven track record managing complex construction efforts.

You will coordinate with engineers, vendors, and subcontractors, secure permits, enforce safety standards, and report progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• Experience as a Construction Manager.
• Project management certification preferred.
• Deep understanding of construction management methods and codes.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the construction project.
• Coordinate with construction professionals to determine project specs.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors and suppliers.
• Secure necessary permits and licenses.
• Ensure all professionals on site comply with building and safety regulations.
• Schedule key deliverables and milestones and ensure progress.
