Position Overview: We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Production Manager to join our team and help streamline operations as we scale. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role will manage the Client Success department to ensure seamless campaign delivery, adherence to timelines, and exceptional quality. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with a passion for efficiency, process improvement, and fostering a collaborative environment. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth and profitable operations of our direct marketing and event services, contributing to client success and agency growth. This position is based in Louisville, KY, and requires in-office work.

Production Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations from a production standpoint, ensuring alignment with project timelines and company objectives.
• Optimize and improve processes, systems, and best practices.
• Collaborate with leadership to plan and execute strategic initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to assess productivity and identify areas for improvement.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and project management tools (e.g., Asana) is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
