Summary/Objective:

The Production Manager leads shop team members in a manufacturing and assembly environment. Responsibilities include planning and assigning work, implementing policies, and recommending improvements in production methods, equipment, and working conditions. The role requires exemplifying core values and leadership qualities in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Required Education and Experience:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
2. Microsoft Office skills, 1-3 years.
3. MRP & Scheduling experience, 1-2 years.
4. Leadership skills, 3-5 years.
5. Conflict resolution skills, 4-6 years.
6. Engineering experience, 5+ years.
7. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, 2-4 years.

Essential Functions:

Responsibilities include adhering to core values, ensuring timely product delivery, overseeing production flow, working with Engineering, managing team development, understanding ISO 9001, production planning, completing organizational paperwork, initiating interviews, and working with HR.

Supervisory Responsibility:

Occasional travel to visit customers.

Work Authorization:

Legal authorization to work in the U.S. required.
