Lippert Plant 74 is in Gaffney, South Carolina, located in the Upstate region. Our plant is an assembly facility that produces school bus windows and entry doors for primarily southeastern states. We are known for our southern charm, and although our team is small, we achieve remarkable results.

The Production Manager leads shop team members in a manufacturing and assembly environment. Responsibilities include planning and assigning work, implementing policies, and recommending improvements in production methods, equipment, and working conditions. The role requires exemplifying core values and leadership qualities in a non-climate-controlled environment.
Responsibilities include adhering to core values, ensuring timely product delivery, overseeing production flow, working with Engineering, managing team development, understanding ISO 9001, production planning, completing organizational paperwork, initiating interviews, and working with HR.
Supervises 3-5 team leads and over 70 production members.
Active work involving standing, walking, bending, lifting over 50 pounds, and various visual requirements.
First shift.
Occasional travel to visit customers.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. required.
