Responsibilities

• Oversee departmental budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and training for warehouse and supervisory personnel.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, and Operations teams to support warehouse activities and delivery scheduling.
• Monitor and improve warehouse conditions, equipment maintenance, vehicle fleet operations, and facility layout efficiency.
• Develop, implement, and enforce SOPs related to storage, shipping, and receiving activities.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and collaborate with senior leadership on operational planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead workplace safety efforts and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support operational excellence through process improvement, inventory management, and team development initiatives.
