• Develop, implement, and enforce standard and emergency operating procedures related to storage, shipping, and receiving activities.
• Resolve customer and shipper inquiries while tracking deliveries and expediting orders when necessary.
• Lead workplace safety efforts and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
