What You’ll Do:

As theProduction Manager at WireNut Home Services, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and developing our field service teams to ensure high-quality workmanship, exceptional customer service, and efficient daily operations. This role oversees production performance, technician development, scheduling, and operational processes to ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can drive accountability, improve team performance, and support the continued growth and success of WireNut Home Services.

Basic Requirements (Required Skills/ Experience):

• Previous experience in residential home services, preferably in plumbing, HVAC, or electrical
• Previous leadership or management experience overseeing field technicians or service teams
• Strong understanding of production operations, job scheduling, and workflow management
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve performance goals
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive accountability for results
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing business needs
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Able to pass a background check and drug test
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle additional responsibilities as needed
• Strong commitment to safety, company standards, and continuous improvement

Compensation: 85k plus bonus

Compensation based on performance measured in metrics on monthly scorecards
