Job summary

Cochawaii is seeking a Production & Maintenance Coordinator to support plant operations through production reporting, maintenance planning coordination, asset inventory management, and office administrative support.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across Production, Maintenance, and Plant Leadership to keep the facility operating efficiently.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Technology, or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of experience in manufacturing, production administration, maintenance coordination, or related administrative role.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Experience using CMMS and coordinating inventory, purchasing, and vendor activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities with maintenance personnel and external providers.
• Develop and maintain maintenance schedules, calendars, and planning documents.
• Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for leadership.
• Track KPIs such as production output, downtime, and labor utilization.
• Manage inventory, purchase orders, and vendor coordination to support operations.
• Provide general administrative support to the Plant Manager and leadership team.
