Job summary

Pratt Industries – Hammond, LA is hiring a Machine Helper. Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM–1:00 PM, starting pay $16.00/hr. Join a fast-paced plant focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement as you set up, operate, and maintain production machines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 6 months experience as a Flexo or DieCut Helper preferred.
• Prior corrugating industry experience preferred; 6 months in Press/Finishing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up slotting, feed, and die-cut sections on machines.
• Assist machine operators and monitor performance.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
• Document production data and report progress.
• Participate in training and cross-training on machines.
