Job summary

Rich’s Brunswick facility is seeking an Operator - Initial Process for shift work. You will operate batter machines, set up equipment, and monitor quality and production records to meet safety and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities include assisting maintenance, facilitating proper waste disposal, and ensuring GMP compliance while supporting team leaders and co-workers in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum lifting requirement 20 lbs; maximum 65 lbs as needed.
• Must be punctual, reliable and able to follow GMPs.

Responsibilities

• Operate batter machines, breaders, and conveyors to coat products per specs.
• Set up equipment so it runs properly and report any issues.
• Assist maintenance with preventive maintenance and notify if problems arise.
• Prepare paperwork for quality and production records.
• Monitor critical control points and ensure processes stay within parameters.
• Support setup and operation of other processing equipment as needed.
