Job summary

Rich Products Corporation in Crest Hill, IL seeks a Line Process Owner to lead the shift team, develop line standards, and drive safety, quality, cost, and production results. You will analyze data with the line trio, train Equipment Owners, and ensure centerlines and FI tools are used effectively.

The role requires HS or GED and strong cost, loss analysis, and scheduling capabilities, with a focus on coaching and continuous improvement in a food manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift team to deliver Safety, Quality, Cost, Production and Engagement results.
• Analyze line data and prioritize loss elimination with the line trio.
• Develop and implement operation standards; train Equipment Owners and Associates.
• Ensure all people follow safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and analyze data with the line trio for the DLM and weekly reviews.
• Train line members in the use of the FI tools.
• Support equipment owners towards completing AM step 3.
• Ensure centerline completion and compliance.
• Coach equipment owners and production associates and provide regular feedback on performance.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders on Equipment Owners’ performance assessments.
