Job summary

Lindt is seeking an experienced Line Lead to operate a production line in Stratham, NH. You will manage daily duties, oversee line personnel, and ensure productivity and quality meet standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating setup and changeovers, enforcing safety guidelines, and maintaining accurate logs using SAP and other systems. Strong problem-solving and TPM experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate/bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing with leadership duties preferred.
• Root Cause Analysis experience (5 Why/Fishbone) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate line productivity and ensure staffing, setup, and changeovers.
• Lead and motivate line staff; provide training and direction.
• Direct procedures and controls; communicate training needs to supervisor.
• Set shift productivity standards and ensure targets are met.
• Lead daily shift handover meetings.
• Ensure lines have needed components and meet schedule.
• Identify line issues using root-cause analysis and involve maintenance.
