Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli (USA) Inc. seeks a hands-on Line Lead to manage an entire production line, assign daily tasks, and drive productivity while ensuring quality standards are met.

The role focuses on supervising line personnel, coordinating changeovers, and addressing issues promptly to keep the line running smoothly. Responsibilities include enforcing health and safety guidelines, performing daily quality inspections, and maintaining accurate logs using SAP, Ignition, and other systems.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a food industry.
• 2 years supervisory/lead experience, preferred.
• Route Cause Analysis (5 Why/Fishbone), preferred.
• Leadership training, preferred.
• Total Productive Maintenance experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Line Productivity: ensure effective utilization, set up/changeovers and supervise line staff.
• Quality & Safety Standards: inspect products, follow safety guidelines, use safety gear.
• Administrative Duties: maintain logs, SAP/ADP records, attend meetings.
