Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a food industry, required.
• 2 years supervisory/lead experience, preferred.
• Route Cause Analysis (5 Why/Fishbone), preferred.
• Leadership training, preferred.
• Total Productive Maintenance experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Line Productivity: ensure line personnel are utilized, set up and changeovers.
• Lead and motivate line staff; provide training and direction for task completion.
• Direct and monitor procedures; communicate issues to supervisor.
• Communicate shift productivity standards to ensure volume targets are met or exceeded.
• Lead daily shift handover meetings; ensure lines have necessary components for production.
• Identify line issues using root cause analysis and coordinate with supervision/maintenance.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards; perform daily quality audits.
• Follow safety guidelines; report issues to management; wear required safety gear.
• Oversee line staff to ensure policy compliance and timely issue escalation.
• Apply 5S to maintain clean, sanitary work areas and equipment.
• Participate in TPM Lean initiatives across the facility.
