Job summary

Responsibilities include coordinating line staff, driving safety and quality, conducting root-cause analysis, and maintaining equipment logs. Strong supervisory experience and TPM knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a food industry, required
• 2 years supervisory/lead experience, preferred
• Root Cause Analysis (5 Why/Fishbone), preferred
• Leadership training, preferred
• Total Productive Maintenance experience, preferred
• Second language a plus
• High school diploma required
• Associate or bachelor’s degree a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate line productivity and supervise line staff
• Ensure quality and safety standards and participate in daily quality audits
• Maintain records, logs, and reports using SAP and related systems
• Attend daily/weekly technical meetings to discuss productivity and safety issues
• Support TPM and Lean initiatives across the facility
• Assist in shift handover and downtime analysis
