Job summary

The candidate will assist the Manufacturing Supervisor, monitor line performance, reduce downtime, and ensure proper use of CIQ systems. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers and others.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
• Proficient with Windows and standard software.
• Advanced PC skills and familiarity with company software packages.
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to work with standard procedures with minimal variables.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate production operators to meet quality, schedule, yield, and productivity goals.
• Assist Manufacturing Supervisor in line management and drive machine utilization with minimal downtime.
• Highlight high fallout to supervision and achieve daily standards.
• Identify and develop operators for equipment handling and throughput improvements.
• Guide operators in required skills and monitor hourly production status.
• Ensure CIQ system is properly implemented on the line and meet standards.
• Serve as communication link between operators and management.
