Qualifications

• Ability to effectively present information to managers and customers.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
• Able to operate a PC with Windows and related software.
• Advanced PC skills and familiarity with Jabil software.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and understand visual aids.
• Ability to follow simple instructions with minimal variables.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, memos, and data.
• Ability to work with rate, ratio, and percent calculations and graphs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of production operators to meet quality, schedule, yield and productivity goals.
• Assist Manufacturing Supervisor and drive line utilization with minimal downtime.
• Monitor hourly production status and communicate with management.
• Identify high fallout and target improvements with the supervisor.
• Mentor operators on equipment use and throughput improvements.
• Ensure CIQ system is implemented correctly on the line.
• Serve as a communication link between operators and management.
