Qualifikationen

• 18+ months at Jabil in S03 or equivalent role.
• Experience with production processes and daily operations.
• Experience with Ifactory and SQL preferred.

• Coordinate line workload and staffing based on product priority.
• Ensure workmanship standards and CIQ monitoring; fix issues quickly.
• Minimize changeover times through organized changeovers.
• Minimize excess material; ensure stock and equipment availability.
• Verify documentation is accurate and current on the line.
• Inform employees of deviations or changes and train accordingly.
• Track production and meet all deadlines and schedules.
• Adhere to safety rules and use required PPE.
