Job summary

Jabil in Florence, KY seeks a Production Supervisor to lead a group of production operators to meet quality, schedule, yield and productivity goals. You will assist the Manufacturing Supervisor and drive line utilization with minimal downtime.

You will monitor hourly production status, CIQ implementation, and serve as the communication link between operators and management. Prior company experience is preferred for advancement to S04 roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months at Jabil in S03 position or equivalent.
• Demonstrated knowledge of production processes and ability to support daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate operators to achieve quality, schedule, yield and productivity goals.
• Assist Manufacturing Supervisor and drive line efficiency with minimal downtime.
• Monitor hourly production status and CIQ system implementation.
• Serve as a communication link between operators and management.
