Job summary

Volt is hiring a Production Line Lead in Fremont, CA. You will monitor production, quality issues, and build progress, while maintaining 5S standards and handling MRB items as needed.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, English literacy, and the ability to lift 40 pounds. Previous experience in a 10k cleanroom is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assign and coordinate operators to designated tasks to meet daily production goals.
• Promote a safe work environment by monitoring practices and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Ensure operators follow SOPs and provide training in collaboration with Manufacturing Engineers.
• Monitor production activities and communicate updates to supervisors and project managers.
• Maintain workstations, verify parts/tools/calibrations, and support 5S standards.
