Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 2–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Strong communication skills and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement and communicate across functions.
• Plan schedules, direct work, and train employees.
• Lead, coach, and motivate direct reports.
• Coordinate with purchasing, maintenance, engineering, and quality control.
• Engage with engineering to use capacity models and adapt to demand.
• Manage timekeeping, meetings, performance appraisals, and training.
• Ensure production delivers targets on People, Safety, Environment, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
• Maintain a safe operating environment.
