Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent; 5–7 years hands-on semiconductor cleanroom experience
• Leadership/management experience overseeing 25+ technicians
• Understanding of Quality System, Configuration Control and Process Control policies

Responsibilities

• Review material, equipment and manpower requirements; direct line manager for 25+ technicians
• Plan, schedule and direct department activities to meet production goals
• Coordinate production with planning, logistics, materials, manufacturing, engineering and quality
• Review manufacturing performance and align with company goals
• Develop a trained team and communicate daily status; ensure quality standards are followed
