Prudential Overall Supply is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily cleanroom production operations in Commerce, CA. You will supervise staff, stage work by department, and ensure communication drives achievement of daily goals while upholding quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who takes initiative and partners with management to improve plant performance. Bi-lingual Spanish and English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ambitious candidate with initiative and leadership potential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred but not required.
• Experience as a supervisor in prior roles is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced plant environment.
