Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Production Manager to oversee daily operations of the Production Department in Vernon, CA, ensuring safety, quality, and throughput goals are met. You will collaborate on production scheduling, improve processes, and manage staff development in alignment with GMP and food-safety standards.

This role demands leadership in a fast-paced environment, with accountability for budgeting, equipment upgrades, and cross-department coordination to meet customer deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, business admin or related field
• Minimum experience in manufacturing leadership and team management
• Experience in production planning and scheduling
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance

Responsibilities

• Directs daily operations of the Production Department to meet safety, quality, and throughput goals
• Collaborates with planning to develop production schedules meeting internal/external needs
• Hires, trains, coaches, and evaluates staff; partners with HR for recruitment and actions
• Oversees maintenance planning with the Maintenance Department to ensure uptime
• Monitors production metrics and reports to leadership; supports budget development
