Job summary

Niagara Bottling in the United States is seeking a Production Manager to oversee daily operations of the Production Department, ensuring safety, quality, and throughput meet Niagara standards while driving efficiency and cost control.

You will partner with the planning, maintenance, and plant leadership teams to develop production schedules, manage budgets, coach supervisors, and uphold GMP and food safety requirements across the facility.

Qualifications

• Experience in field or similar manufacturing environment.
• Experience in position and managing people/projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Production Department to meet safety, quality, and throughput standards.
• Collaborate with planning to develop production schedules and optimize workflows.
• Coach and develop supervisors; support recruitment and performance reviews.
