Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor in Sunnyvale, TX to lead production teams, manage schedules, ensure quality and safety, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will oversee daily operations, coordinate with sub-departments, enforce standards, and mentor staff while targeting efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance. A strong background in lean methods and leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 Years in Manufacturing or Production Environment.
• Previous Supervisory or Leadership Experience: 1-2 years preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles: 5S, Kaizen, continuous improvement.
• Understanding of Quality Control Procedures and inspections.
• Familiarity with Safety Standards and OSHA regulations.
• Project Management Experience: leading process improvement or equipment upgrades.
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
• Experience with Performance Metrics and KPI reporting.
• Technical Skills: troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Team Building and Training Experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and supervise a team of production workers from Leads to general labor.
• Assign tasks and monitor the daily activities of the production team.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to employees.
• Ensure sub-department production schedules and targets are met.
• Monitor sub-departments production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
• Coordinate with other sub-departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient production.
• Implement and enforce quality control standards and procedures.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
• Identify and resolve production and quality issues within schedule.
• Enforce safety policies and conduct regular inspections and training.
• Ensure regulatory and company standards compliance.
• Identify improvements in production processes and implement lean/cost-reduction projects.
• Maintain records of production activities and reports.
• Document incidents and quality issues.
• Manage materials, machinery, and workforce allocation.
• Provide training and development opportunities.
• Maintain clear communication with the direct manager, including leaves.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of production equipment.
• Track KPIs and drive improvements; use data to inform decisions.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
