Job summary

Integer Holdings in Salem, VA seeks a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing teams across value streams, ensuring safety, quality, cost, delivery and people metrics are met. You will drive daily activities using the IPS framework and cross-functional collaboration.

You will mentor associates, promote 5S, standard work, and a culture of quality. A Bachelor's in Engineering or related field with 3–5 years of supervisory experience is preferred; relocation to Salem, VA may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business or equivalent with 3–5 years leading manufacturing teams.
• Experience applying Lean Manufacturing concepts and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise manufacturing associates across value streams to achieve Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People goals.
• Drive IPS-based production planning, 5S, Leader Standard Work, and training/certification programs.
• Coordinate with planning and customer service to meet customer requirements using lean principles.
• Ensure adherence to QMS, FDA regulations, safety, and quality policies.
