• 3–5 years leading manufacturing teams in lean environments.
• Strong communication, problem solving and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing associates to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery goals.
• Apply IPS, 5S, and standardized processes to drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate resources and equipment across value streams for efficient production.
• Mentor and develop team members to meet future needs.
